On the margins of the 3rd Review Conference of the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) currently taking place in Vientiane, the Luxembourg Embassy is proud to support a survivor-focused Side Event on Wednesday the 16th of September, 17h00, at the LNCC (Room 7). The Side Event, hosted by Persons with Disability and Underprivileged Association PUA, together with the ຂ່າວສານ ຫ້ອງການ ຄຊກລ/ NRA Office News, seeks to advocate for the full implementation of Article 5 on Victim Assistance and ensure the meaningful participation of UXO Survivors and Persons with Disabilities in the implementation of the Convention. - ໃນໂອກາດຂອງການປະຊຸມທົບທວນສົນທິສັນຍາວ່າດ້ວຍການເກືອດຫ້າມລະເບີດລູກຫວ່ານ ຮອບວຽນທີ 3 (CCM) ເຊິ່ງກຳລັງຈັດຂຶ້ນ ຢູ່ທີ່ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ, ສະຖານທູດ ລຸກຊຳບວກ ມີຄວາມພູມໃຈທີ່ໄດ້ສະໜັບສະ ໜູນກິດຈະກຳຄູ່ຂະໜານທີ່ເນັ້ນໃສ່ຜູ້ລອດຊີວິດ ໃນວັນພຸດ ທີ 16 ກັນຍາ, ເວລາ 17:00 ໂມງ, ທີ່ LNCC (ຫ້ອງ 7). ງານກິດຈະກຳຄູ່ຂະໜານດັ່ງກ່າວ ຈັດໂດຍ PUA ຮ່ວມກັບ NRA ໂດຍມີຈຸດປະສົງເພື່ອພັກດັນການປະຕິບັດມາດຕາ 5 ວ່າດ້ວຍການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອຜູ້ປະສົບໄພຢ່າງເຕັມຮູບແບບ ແລະ ຮັບປະກັນໃຫ້ຜູ້ລອດຊີວິດຈາກລະເບີດທີ່ບໍ່ທັນແຕກ UXO ແລະ ຄົນພິການ ໄດ້ມີສ່ວນຮ່ວມຢ່າງມີຄວາມໝາຍໃນການປະຕິບັດສົນທິສັນຍາສະບັບນີ້.
