💡🤔 ທ່ານຮູ້ບໍ່ວ່າ ຄຳວ່າ “Pro Bono” (ໂພຣໂບໂນ) ມີໝາຍຄວາມວ່າແນວໃດ? ⚖️📖 ຄຳວ່າ "Pro bono publico" (ໂພຣໂບໂນ ພັບລິກໂກ) ເປັນພາສາລາຕິນ ທີ່ມີຄວາມໝາຍວ່າ "ເພື່ອຜົນປະໂຫຍດຂອງສັງຄົມ". ການບໍລິການທາງກົດໝາຍແບບ ໂພຣໂບໂນ ແມ່ນການໃຫ້ຄວາມຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອທາງກົດໝາຍ ໂດຍບໍ່ມີຄ່າບໍລິການໃດໆ ເຊິ່ງໃຫ້ບໍລິການແກ່ຜູ້ດ້ອຍໂອກາດ ທີ່ບໍ່ມີເງິນພຽງພໍໃນການຈ່າຍຄ່າບໍລິການດັ່ງກ່າວ. ໃນວັນທີ 17–18 ກັນຍາ, ຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຫຼາຍກວ່າ 170 ທ່ານ ຈາກທົ່ວ ສປປ ລາວ ໄດ້ມາຮ່ວມກອງປະຊຸມລະດັບຊາດ ກ່ຽວກັບວຽກງານ Pro bono ແລະ ການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອທາງກົດໝາຍ ຄັ້ງທີ 2 ເພື່ອເສີມສ້າງວຽກງານການບໍລິການທາງກົດໝາຍແບບ Pro Bono ແລະ ເຮັດໃຫ້ປະຊາຊົນທຸກຄົນສາມາດເຂົ້າເຖິງ ຄວາມຍຸຕິທຳໄດ້ງ່າຍຂຶ້ນ. ກອງປະຊຸມໄດ້ເນັ້ນໜັກໃສ່ການເສີມສ້າງ ວຽກງານການບໍລິການທາງກົດໝາຍແບບ Pro Bono ຜ່ານຫ້ອງການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອທາງກົດໝາຍ ແລະ ຊ່ອງທາງອື່ນໆ ຖືເປັນບົດບາດອັນສຳຄັນຂອງວຽກງານດັ່ງກ່າວ ຄຽງຄູ່ກັບລະບົບການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອທາງກົດໝາຍຂອງຊາດ. ກອງປະຊຸມດັ່ງກ່າວຈັດຂຶ້ນໂດຍ ກະຊວງຍຸຕິທຳ ແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ສະພາທະນາຍຄວາມ ແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ, ໂດຍໄດ້ຮັບການສະໜັບສະໜູນທຶນຈາກ ປະເທດລຸກຊຳບວກ, ຜ່ານແຜນງານ ເສີມສ້າງລັດແຫ່ງກົດໝາຍ, ການເຂົ້າເຖິງຄວາມຍຸຕິທໍາ ແລະ ການປົກຄອງທີ່ດີ (ROLAG); ເຊິ່ງຮ່ວມຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດໂດຍ ກະຊວງຍຸຕິທຳ, LuxDev, ອົງການ ຮ່ວມມືເພື່ອການພັດທະນາ ລຸກຊຳບວກ. ⚖️ Pro bono ເປັນຫຼາຍກວ່າຄວາມປາດຖະໜາດີທາງວິຊາຊີບ; Pro bono ຄືການປະກອບສ່ວນທີ່ເປັນຮູບປະທຳ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ທຸກຄົນສາມາດເຂົ້າເຖິງ ຄວາມຍຸຕິທຳໄດ້ຢ່າງເທົ່າທຽມກັນ. —————————— 💡🤔Did you know what “Pro Bono” means? ⚖️📖 "Pro bono publico" is Latin for “for the public good.” Pro Bono legal services provide free legal assistance to people who cannot afford it. On 17–18 September, more than 170 participants from across Lao PDR gathered for the 2nd National Pro Bono and Legal Aid Conference to strengthen pro bono services and make justice more accessible to all. The conference highlighted the important role of pro bono legal services through legal aid offices and other channels as an integral part of the national legal aid system. 🇱🇦 🤝 🇱🇺 The conference was organised in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Lao Bar Association, with financing from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg through the Rule of Law, Access to Justice and Good Governance (ROLAG) Programme, jointly implemented by the Ministry of Justice and LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency. ⚖️ Pro Bono is more than professional goodwill. It is a concrete contribution to equal access to justice.
