Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and LuxDev visited the province of Cao Bang in Northwestern Vietnam.
A group of Luxembourg-, Vientiane- and Hanoi-based representatives from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and LuxDevelopment visited the province of Cao Bang in Northwestern Vietnam last week.
The Wise Use of Water and Agriculture project supports community-based rural development interventions, local irrigation systems and access of small scale producers to markets, while using experiences to guide the local institutional agricultural restructuring processes.
Mr Hoang Xuan Anh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, led the discussions of the Steering Committee on 21st February, confirming the province's strong interest and engagement in the project.
